// Proposal and funding support

Win more cybersecurity work with proposals that survive a compliance review

Dephiant Consulting supports public sector, funded, and enterprise pursuits where cybersecurity is the scope of work. We qualify the opportunity, build the response plan, and write the volumes, whether you are bidding as the prime or joining a team as a cybersecurity subcontractor.

Funding support is offered as part of the security work we are engaged to deliver. It is a fixed fee that is credited against the first phase of the resulting engagement. We do not price on a percentage of an award, we do not promise an award, and we do not write for pursuits that would put us against our own clients.

What we produce

Opportunity qualification

We review the notice, confirm eligibility, map the requirement to real delivery capability, and produce a documented bid or no bid recommendation before anyone spends writing hours.

Compliance matrices

Every instruction, evaluation factor, and submission requirement is placed in a matrix that traces to a section of the response, so nothing is missed during a compliance review.

Technical and management volumes

We write the technical approach, staffing plan, transition plan, quality control approach, and risk management narrative in the language the evaluators are scoring against.

Past performance and capability statements

We structure past performance write ups and tailored capability statements that present verifiable relevance to the requirement without overstating scope.

Funding strategy for security work we deliver

When a grant or funding program can pay for a security program we are engaged to deliver, we build the need statement, project design, outcomes and measurement plan, and a budget narrative that ties each cost to that work. We do not offer standalone grant writing, and we do not support pursuits where we would be writing on behalf of a competitor.

Teaming and subcontractor support

We prepare letters of interest, teaming outlines for legal review, and the written material a prime needs when adding a cybersecurity partner to a proposal.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Intake

You share the solicitation, funding notice, or prime request. We confirm the deadline, portal, and submission format.

  2. 2

    Bid or no bid

We assess fit, competition, eligibility, and level of effort, then recommend whether to pursue as a prime, pursue as a subcontractor, or decline.

  3. 3

    Shape and plan

We build the compliance matrix, outline every volume, assign owners, and set internal review dates ahead of the deadline.

  4. 4

    Write and review

Drafts move through a content review, a compliance review, and a final proofread against the exact submission instructions.

  5. 5

    Submit and debrief

We produce the submission checklist, then capture reusable content and lessons learned after the award decision.

How we handle accuracy

Proposals are evaluated documents, so we do not invent facts. Contract numbers, dollar values, client names, staff credentials, certifications, and past performance details are only included when the client can verify them. Anything unconfirmed is marked as a placeholder for you to complete. Teaming documents are prepared as drafts for your legal counsel to review, and nothing we prepare is legal advice.
